Our History

Geo-Lind Nigeria Limited (GL) is an Oil and Gas Services Company incorporated in Nigeria on 16th March, 2001. Geo-Lind has been providing Electrical and Mechanical Services both Onshore and Offshore to the International Oil Companies (IOC’s) and other Multinational Companies including Marine Companies operating in Nigeria.

GL has decided to diversify to Ship Repairs, Ship Building and Fabrication by operating the Anaka Yard. GL has acquired a site through its holding company, Geo Synergy Group West Africa, with a total land area of over 102,743.12m2 and approximately 300m waterfront.

In the course of planning for this project, the promoters discovered that most of the shipyards operating in Nigeria are working without the benefit of weather protection, so they decided to consider developing a yard to tap into the benefit of weather protection thereby incorporating covered repair bays for onshore, indoor repairs, conversion and new-build activities.
